Are your puppies raised in a home environment?

Yes. Our puppies are raised in a caring home environment where they are used to everyday household sounds, handling, and regular interaction to help build confidence from an early age.

Are the puppies health checked?

Yes. Puppies receive a full health check prior to leaving and are only placed into homes when we are happy they are thriving and ready.

Are parents health tested?

Yes, all our girls are health-tested. Please see individual profiles on the 'Meet Our Girls' page for full health testing results.

Studs are always fully health-tested.

Are the puppies registered?

All puppies are Kennel Club registered, with paperwork provided to new owners.

What comes with my puppy?

Each puppy typically leaves with a puppy pack, which may include:

* Food to help transition
* Scent blanket
* Health record
* Advice sheet
* Ongoing breeder support
* Relevant paperwork,

How old are puppies when they leave?

Accepted Answer

Puppies leave no earlier than 8 weeks of age. It is in the puppy's best interest to leave at 8 weeks, however we can negotiate for us to keep your puppy a little longer to accommodate holidays and prearranged plans.

Can I choose colour or gender?

We always do our best to match families with the right puppy. Preferences can be noted, however temperament and suitability are equally important.

Do you take deposits?

Yes - If you are joining a waiting list prior to puppies being born, we take a £100 reservation fee. This helps us to mange waiting list with people who are seriously interested. In this instance, a top-up deposit of £400 will be due once the puppies are born.

If you are enquiring about a puppy already born the deposit is £500.

Can I visit the puppies?

Yes, visits are welcome at the appropriate stage, by arrangement. Usually around 6 weeks.

What food will my puppy be eating?

We will advise you of the puppy’s current food and routine so you can keep everything consistent during the settling-in period.

How much exercise does a Cocker Spaniel need?

As puppies, exercise should be gentle and age-appropriate.  The general rule is 5 minutes per month of age. As adults, Cocker Spaniels enjoy regular walks, enrichment and family involvement.

Yes. They are intelligent and eager to please, responding very well to kind, consistent training.
